After two failed tradesman calling to look at the boiler it was a relief when michael arrived on the selected date&exact time. Michael went above his role to fix the boiler as it was recently blocked into a cupboard, michael was professional, honest and always showed me what issues he was coming across. Michael had to take down part of my cabinet to access the boiler and after the course of issue was found michael ensured I was aware and understood the cause of the problem. Michael was hired to change fan in my boiler.. Michael sourced prices for the fan so that showed me that he cared and didn't want me to be ripped off by just fitting a fan no matter what d cost.. I found Michael to be very efficient, reliable and fair. He made arrangements with the tenant to assess the job, he called me afterwards as he said he would. He told me what the problem was and suggested a solution. I have him the go ahead and he replaced the radiator with a new one drained the system and had it back working within a few hrs.
